Pegasus Senior Living is a company that is made up of individual leaders and associates who are united by a passion for and dedication to the highest level of service. The culture is one of individual pride and company spirit centered on the highest priority of making everyday the best day ever by following simple tenets known as the Pegasus Commitment. Leaders and Associates at the community level are freed up from bureaucracy and empowered to make key decisions that positively impact the Associates and the Residents. If you like working in an environment powered by passion and unity of purpose and you enjoy serving others, Pegasus Senior Living is a great place to work.

Cons

None. Although a new company, the co-founders have over 50 years of experience between them and a passion for the highest quality of service. Only those with a similar passion will be comfortable in this culture.

- Disorganization can be a problem at times--much of that comes with the territory of senior living. It is a difficult business with many competing priorities
