Pros

You can learn some useful skills. There are got people working they're, just not in the higher positions.

Cons

Bosses treat you like children, talk down to you. All the higher ups get huge bonuses , while you, who does all the grunt work, gets crap. Bonuses are promised then taken away with no explanation. Not allowed to have fun or talk without getting stared at and watched. When the bosses don't like you, they will do everything in their power to fire you. Countless contradiction. No one knows what they're doing. Terrible company with no future. No promotions. Not able to interview for promotions. No raises. Low pay. They won't respect you. One of the bosses (Glory) said last winter during the polar vortex, "I don't care if they get in a wreck on the way to work we're not shutting down". They don't care about anyone but themselves. The CEO got a $750,000 Christmas bonus last year. Know what I got? $200. Thanks.
