Pros

A paycheck. Well, and I sat around a lot. That's about it. Other than that, can't think of anything else.

Cons

I can't believe some of the stuff the company is allowed to get away with. Like calling the graveyard shift 'swing' in order to avoid paying more money. Or making overtime 'mandatory' in order to avoid paying extra. This company has a lot of complaints against it, and was found in violation of several labor laws in the past, so I shouldn't be surprised that they turned out to be so awful. I just wish I had heeded the warning before working for them. Also, the 'debugs' are nothing more than grunts making an extra dollar or two, yet they act like they're better than the other employees that work there. They don't allow you to have any fun either as they just lord over you. They do your utmost to ensure that you don't enjoy your job. And believe me when I say that I didn't enjoy my job at all. So they did theirs quite well. Also, senior management at the site I worked at was awful, as I once got yelled at three times over a small mistake (and this despite the fact that I apologized profusely, twice). It's really hard to keep your cool here and not snap at people. Overall, this is a horrible place to work at, and I would not recommend it one bit. So unless you're desperate, and would like to be exploited, don't work here. It won't be worth it.

Pros

You will learn motherboards, wireless and other components

Cons

No Training, only on how to use company software (A week) Then your off to the races. No Professionalism, Management acts like we are at a football game rather a job. Days can and will be shifted. You will have a hard time getting hired on by the temp service. Take two calls everyone. Too much micro management for a small call center
