There are none, maybe except you become street smart

Cons

Micro management. Expected to stay long hours at work even if there is nothing to do. Highly underpaid engineers. No compensation for working overtime for months, including weekends. Ideas and potential new projects to improve or optimize factory conditions fall on deaf ears. Some supervisors abuse their power by dumping company money for personal things and take phones home as they please. Management threatens to fire individuals all the time. Meetings are held everyday for 4-5 hours but most of them are in Mandarin. Shady business practices.

It's a pay check, if can put "zero" star this is what I need to rate or less if possible.

Cons

*i hate every second that I have to stay in this little china town or taiwan town in jeffersonville, since most managers/supervisor is Asian. 90% old employees have left. Management are demeaning and very biased to Asian employees. The management is horrible...therefore, this company won't get more that the minimum...can't force me to stay OT too.
