      Pros

      I started at 16 an hour with no window expeince

      Cons

      A typical working day will be 8 hours plus. There will be many out of town trips and if anything goes wrong its your fault. When you first get there they will talk poorly of past techs, they will say they did this and that and then they stoped coming to work. Eventually you will understand that they talk behind everyones back, they scapegoat the new guys

      Not a good place to work

      Pros

      Money and insurance and you get to meet lots of new people due to turn-over.

      Cons

      Incompetent/poor management all the way to the top. Nepotism. Discrimination. Poor training. Toxic work environment.
