      Pros

      When I first started they made me feel like I would love it.

      Cons

      -no way to see when you can take time off -made me work while I was sick to the point of throwing up because they were at “threshold”. - hard work does not pay off. Tried multiple times to work with team lead to advance, but friends of management were chosen for roles instead. This didn’t just happen to me. -tried to find positives until I couldn’t anymore. -felt like an inmate. Was messaged or talked to when my mouse was still for more than a minute because I was reading something for a customer. -didn’t feel like I was treated like a capable adult. -pella needs to work with their customer service management

      Coworkers are Everything

      Material handler/forklift operator

      Pay, shift differential, most of management, OT available

      Cons

      Harassment and Safety is not taken seriously, OT is frequent and rarely optional, management frequently shrugs

      -Promote from within - Benefits are good - Lots of training

      - can be pretty fast paced
