Pros

Everyone at Pella is extremely nice and welcoming. They have all taken time out of their day to help me get onboarded and get to know each other. I could tell pretty quickly that they truly believe their people are what make the difference. They know their industry well, build the highest quality products and are making a concerted effort to be the easiest to do business with.

Cons

Only downside for me is that I live an hour away and have to go into the office on occasion. I work remotely and they have an office in Des Moines which is great!
