This plant is a mess. Company itself is good.

The work is relatively easy and pay is decent.

Cons

This plant has some issues. More than typical manufacturing drama. Management is the worst. I think if they got rid of some of the managers it would be a good plant to work in. The culture is awful. There is no training and goals are unrealistic. People start on Monday and leave by Wed. They told us we would only be working 8 hr shifts 5 days a week with OT AS NEEDED when I first started. Now it is 4 10's with 8 on most Fri and 8 every other Sat. I took this job for less money to get fewer hours now I make more money with more hours. Not what I wanted.

Low expectations. Semi decent culture.

Cons

Diversity issues. Diverse backgrounds not treated equally. Difficult to advance in the company if you don’t live at headquarters.
