      I love how your managers actually pay attention and do their best to lift their employees through tuff situations. This job has good payment and most of all I give my gratitude to H.R.

      I wouldn’t say they’re a lot of things bad about this place.

      Pros

      Yearly bonuses before Christmas are great and their 401K matching is excellent.

      Cons

      Company as an overall is good but Management is young and straight out of college for the most part and pressured to push employees to get out product regardless of quality and safety. No matter if you are a great employee with stellar evaluations and perfect attendance they will believe those with less than stellar behaviors and attendance issues especially if they are minorities. The company has strict rules but refuse to follow them unless its convenient for them.
