      Terrible Management that has no care for their sales reps and criminal prices on jobs. No minorities in upper management.

      No money to be made

      Pros

      Brand recognition is the only way to sell Pella to anyone.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other companies in the same role. Price customers pay extremely high compared to other companies, difficult to justify the value of Pella products compared to other companies. All around not competitive to other companies in the Window industry. Pella relies solely on brand recognition to sell products, with more companies offering better quality and prices it's impossible to win new customers.
