Pros

I have been at Pella for 8 months so far, and I absolutely love it! Pella is a large company that still maintains its family values, which is truly remarkable. Many Pella employees have been here for more than 25 years, which is a testament to what a great place it is to work. Pella takes the time to invest in their employees. For example, during Development Week, employees from around the country gathered at the Corporate Headquarters for three days (Tuesday - Thursday) of full-day training opportunities. Those who were not local had the option to attend virtually, which was a great alternative. This week, we are celebrating 100 years as a company, and I am genuinely excited about the future. Pella is a fantastic company, and I appreciate how they give back to the community through the Pella Rolscreen Foundation. From my experience, their compensation and benefits are very competitive compared to other similar-sized companies. I am looking forward to joining the Chairman's Club (25+ years of service), but I have a long way to go.

Cons

At the moment, I cannot think of any significant cons. While it is work, Pella is a great place to be employed. In my 8 months here, I have made many friends. Although I have a bit of a commute, it is definitely worth it.

Pros

I love the culture here. Very family oriented. I am lucky with my job, that I have some flexibility with hours. This is great, as I have a little one at home. I like the people I work with and the variety of work that I get to do. Every day is something different, and I like that!

Cons

I don't have any cons yet. I've only been here a little over 7 months.
