Hardwork with a great attitude is recognized Great wages comparable to market Longterm career growth (LinkedIn Learning, classes they offer, career progression, etc.)

Cons

Insurance benefits could be better (dental and vision). Sometimes it "feels" as though expectations/plans are changing midway through a process.

Pros

Pella is a great corporation as a whole to work for! The pay is fair, the benefits are great, and the ability to learn and grow is given freely! Work/life balance is amazing at my location.

Cons

There is not nearly as much opportunity to advance from within as was promoted to me during my interview, but I'm still happy being here and being apart of the Pella Family.
