Hello, thanks for your feedback. We care about our team members and enjoy sharing in our success - one way is through our 401(k) Profit Sharing Retirement Program, where we annually share a portion of our profits with eligible team members (no match required). We are excited to be growing, but we know challenges can come with that. We’ve had some higher than expected sales over the past year, which resulted in more overtime hours than are typical at Murray. Thanks for everything you and the team did to deliver for our customers; we appreciate it. We are working to resolve the overtime challenges, while also trying some new approaches for finding quality team members in a low unemployment market.

Nice and hardworking coworkers are appreciated at every workplace, and we’re glad to hear that was your experience at Pella. We’ve had higher than expected sales in some products over the past year, which resulted in more overtime hours than are typical at Murray. Thanks for everything you and the team did to deliver to customers, we appreciate it. We are trying to resolve the overtime challenges, while working through some new approaches to find quality team members in a low unemployment market.
