Started as an intern and have been constantly supported from the very first day. This company truly cares about its employees and improving everything from product to professional development.

Cons

Some processes have fallen victim to corporate nonsense, but overall, there isn't much I can complain about.

Pros

Very nice people, hourly and management. They treat you like family and are concerned about your safety/well-being. Pell Corp is the nicest company I have ever worked for and I hope to retire from here.

Cons

I love it here and cant complain about anything.

The people and the company have a moral fiber and compassionate attitude. Friendly environment. Competitive company with innovative ideas.

Cons

Sometimes the Continuous Improvements are not passed on to the next leader of a department and are lost or not on the calendar or lists for the next in line to keep up or improve on.
