Pros

Amazon benefits, great entry level pay (19/hr), 40 hours of PTO available as soon as you start It’s a great start up job. If you know the right people, or your a “favorite”, you’ll do great and move up within the company with little to no experience.

Cons

Changing schedules, lack of communication, no room for growth, leadership is a joke The employees are suffering due to the state of the business. It’s a cult like mentality and a call center environment.

-Work from home (for now) -Decent pay $19 in most areas -Sometimes decent hours

Cons

-Non-empathetic leadership -Major changes constantly -Vague corporate emails to let you know of changes -No guarantees on shifts -High turnover rate on most lines of business -Micromanagement on new metrics -No foreseeable raise but added work -Constantly angry members
