Pros

The company has some great people that work as line level employees and some managers. Benefits are good for a company this size.

Cons

Senior leaders are full of incompetence and a "yes" man mentality exists at the credit union. If you dissent with what executives and a chosen few within the credit union want, you will be shown the door. The culture at Pen Air has become one of fear. Employees keep their heads down, doing their work as there are people that will "rat" you out to senior leadership if they do not like you. Politics within the work place is out of control. The board is completely useless and turns a complete blind eye to what is happening to their credit union.

Decent salary, benefits and physical work environment. Working conditions and employee morale were much better prior to the current CEO's arrival.

Total disregard toward staff, clueless CEO, poor executive decision making, useless Board of Directors
