Decent salary, benefits and physical work environment. Working conditions and employee morale were much better prior to the current CEO's arrival.

Pen Air used to be a great place to work with decent compensation, working environment and for the most part a great staff.

Cons

The current executive staff is clueless as to the most basic proper management, leadership and human skills. Morale has steadily declined and employee turnover has increased. Self-serving Board of Directors and Executive team. Human Resources maintains a deaf ear toward employee issues. There is a general disrespect toward staff.
