Too many people in management were friends and family. These same people are the only ones who seemed to get promotions and raises at a fast rate. The rest of the employees have to slave away for years and are lucky if they get promoted or a half decent raise. Will tell you are doing a great job, but won't compensate you for your good work. Too many people in management have the attitude that they know better than the rest of the world. Pay below average.

The management isn't knowledgeable at all when it comes to their field and job. Our manager would habitually come in 30-45 mins late every morning, and leave 15 mins early, but you would get in trouble if it happened to you. The pay is terrible, like horrendously wrong for your job title. They will even give you more responsibilities outside your job description without compensation. Because of this, most employees get by doing the bare minimum. Morale is horrible. Everyone seems miserable. You can't negotiate for a raise ever. You can't even use your department's budget to buy items pertaining to your job. They are extremely frugal when it comes to their budget, but yet the higher ups will use the company's credit card to buy themselves new Apple products. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'd only waste time coming here because you'll eventually look for another job.
