      Pros

      I worked at Blue Ridge Cable 11 in Ephrata, PA a subsidiary of Pencor. I can't speak to what it is like at Pencor, but at Blue Ridge Cable 11, it is awesome. Great people, excellent work-life balance. Compensation is not good, but the health, vacation and sick benefits outweigh the pay.

      Compensation could be better, but I understand why. Also, there needs to be a way to move up and stay in the company.

      Pros

      Nice people and immediate managers, the new ones seem to care, although mine cries sometimes. The old ones don't care.

      Cons

      Lousy pay, and no one cares. Yet the new guy got away with murder, now he left and talks bad about it.

      You load sixteen tons, what do you get? Another day older and deeper in debt Saint Peter don't you call me 'cause I can't go. I owe my soul to the company store

      Handed down from family from mr. potter-esque, Reinhard. Bringing cable into the area to overcharge customers for mediocre service. Meager wages for areas workforce. Untrained employees for technical jobs. Favoritism with chosen few. No respect for the intellect hard working. Modern day coal mining company store, "Owe Their Souls to the Company Store".
