Pros

PBH does have some good benefits and pays for all required licenses.

Cons

PBH has gone thru a leadership change and has had some financial problems which led to the removal of their bonus/pay raise policy. They now require employees to complete more work and receive less pay. If you are lucky enough to fit in with the beautiful people, you will do great; otherwise you'll be gone in a blink of an eye.

Pros

This is for PBH in Port Angeles, WA. PBH is a great place to work, even though the work is hard. The staff really care about the clients and the community we serve. PBH has good benefits and annual reviews. Leadership seeks feedback, and even though it's changed a lot over the years with a lot of growth, it still remains a nice place to work.

Cons

The work serving our clients can be challenging. Non-profit world can be difficult too at times. PBH tries to balance it all to make it a nice place to work.
