Pros

Co-workers are great and the only positive note to make note of. Made some great friends that I will stay in contact with

Cons

Students are some of the most nasty, rude, disrespectful people you will ever speak with. No one cares about their program that they are taking, out calls to get students to pay is like pulling teeth and 98% of the time you're just listening to voicemails. Systems go down all the time and they fire people on higher levels for their own gain. Salary is a joke and overtime rarely happens because of people who have worked there for 15+ years. Benefits from incentives are not enough to say it's worth putting in the extra effort.
