      Pros

      I've been promoted multiple times in my few years with the company. Depending on your department, you can advance by putting in hard work and showing interest in learning new things. The work is work you can be proud of. Management has a genuine desire to help employees better themselves.

      Cons

      Compensation is not as competitive as some similar companies. Departments within the company are very segmented. For non-customer facing departments there are no bonuses or perks.

      Pros

      Everyone really does want to help our students succeed. Some outstanding people throughout the company. Very helpful and friendly. Very caring and qualified Education Department. We are given latitude to solve student problems. Good transparency from top executives on finances, progress and plans. Opportunities for advancement if you want to work for it. Excellent benefits package.

      Cons

      Very low pay considering the credentials and experience required (Education Department). More focus on updating software ALL THE TIME (too often), rather than on updating the curriculum. We seem to be getting top-heavy with new executives and vice presidents with little to no experience in the education industry.
