Great people, descent pay, discounts on company products. Overall it's an okay company they're trying to make it better, it just seems to be disconnected.

Cons

Too much shake ups in management, only promote from HQ office, always in plant a seasoned watchdog at smaller satellite sites. Update your ERP systems don't wait untill it goes absolete to do something about it.

Good employees. Well respected brands. Skill acquisition in LEAN principles. (this is for Redwood City, CA location dba Pentair Thermal Management)

Cons

Unclear direction by new management brought in by outside. Most experienced and talented people have left or were forced out. Employees are asked to do more with less and penalized when savings do not materialize. Repeated shuffling of deck of mid-level managers reporting into corporate Pentair. Morale is suffering. (this is for Redwood City, CA location dba Pentair Thermal Management)
