Pros

If you’re a favorite and a male then you’ll have a great experience.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work but Culture has become very toxic and cut throat to compete with another company. Work life balance does not exist in sales and no consideration for the effects on mental health or wellbeing. If you’re a female, you will be called emotional and blatantly disrespected if you have any difference of opinion. Women are expected to smile and nod in order to not cause waves. If you are a female and are going to work here, document everything. You’ll likely need it one day. HR is a joke and participates in the toxic culture. They will tell you to deal with your issues yourself. Honest reviews of the culture are difficult to find but through word of mouth you will hear all of this.

Pros

Highly impactful projects, smart and cool coworkers, no two days are the same. Many opportunities for projects/experience.

Cons

This is a difficult job. Line support can be brutal. Ask about it if you are interviewing. When I was interviewing, expectations were not made clear to me about supporting production during swing shift (4pm-midnight). Many long, difficult days of being on the production floor all day and then late into swing shift. Engineers are expected to support the line, write non conformance reports, and pursue continuous improvement projects at the same time. Very little time to think or enjoy work. Compensation is below average and benefits are bare minimum for a corporate job. Retention for engineers is a major problem.

Pros

They treat you like a child so you get to spend 4 weeks doing nothing while they "train" you They serve Walmart hotdogs and hamburgers or buy Little Caesars every other month and make sure to remind you of it at meetings

Cons

Horrible pay for the production numbers and fine detail work they demand of you Cleanroom environment means you have to cut your breaks short to gown up, not nearly enough locker room space for everyone leading to packed sardine can changing environments Childish, petty work environment, CYA taught as a core company concept leading to backstabbing blame gaming Management hired from outside have no clue of how internal processes work Minor mistakes are punished by interrogations and signed meetings under the guise of "investigations" Lack of consistency in day to day operations, workstation and work duties can change from day to day or even hour to hour, was frequently left unattended without work while leads attempted to coordinate Complete psychopaths are placed in trainer positions, frequently overheard threats of suicide and violence from certain trainers Tout DEI over everything to cover up the poor culture, abysmal compensation and borderline hostile work environment, will happily pay gay people the same awful rates as straight people
