Pros

Inside CER, so you don't get too hot in the summer. Base employees are good people for the most part.

Cons

Heavy bias towards a certain Asian ethnicity. HR is difficult to reach and not really sympathetic. Supervisors are something else. Strict attendance policy

Pros

Good benefits, people are nice, hybrid work schedule. Works well if you are a parent and aren’t really looking to climb the corp ladder

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism. The co founder’s brother works in another dept and is apparently awful. Several higher ups have family members/friends in the company they protect. They love to talk about promotions and raises, but moving up is harder than pulling teeth. Ceo keeps trying to act as though the company is still small but it has ramped up a lot in size but they still treat everything like a small company would and it shows. He’s also anti union
