A few really great people Making a solid product that changes lives, good mission statement Easy to get promoted / make an impact because no one knows what they are doing so it is easy to stand out if you have some expertise or experience Good IT department Work/life balance

Cons

Extremely political - executives hate each other and hate their reporting structure. Culture is full of backstabbing and gossip. Executives / leadership are extreme micro managers. Absolutely no process / data used to make decisions. It's alarming. A lot of nepotism. Some of it harmless...some of it not. Rife with bias, discrimination from daily interactions to hiring to promotions.

Not very tiring,average pay for entree level,different shifts available,it was a good environment to be working in

Have to use microscope,very little career opportunities ,has a very low increment,it’s kind of boring when your doing it everyday
