      Pros

      Good people, family orientated group. They really encourage team building, especially within management. There are always pot lucks going on in the breakrooms.

      Cons

      Thr pay isnt that great and they expect their supervisors to do more even when they dont have the bandwidth to do so.

      Pros

      Team was a fantastic lot everyone worked well together, everyone brought there own strengths and helped each other. No one was precious with information.

      Cons

      The manager was in no way shape or form supportive of her staff, she would make sure she covered her own back. She breached the rules but no one else could make mistakes.
