Pros

Management is super supportive and I love the people I work with. Everyone is super supportive and it is such a great environment to work in.

Cons

The only thing I would say is, possibly lack of communication at times? However, I wouldn't say that is too much of a con.

The pay is alright for entry level and the benefits are decent. The co-workers at penumbra are nice and friendly.

Cons

There's a lot of favoritism going on at this company. The supervisors and managers are very unprofessional and they try to control when you can take days off even if it's for sick time off.
