Pros

Getting let go, I have to say the way it happend and how snake like this facility, not the company but facility is, its incredible how Management goes about doing things incorrectly and takes no fault, but do not let an employee do it because that would be the end of you.

Cons

Supervisors, management, and team leads, poor training, HR is a joke, micromanagement coupled with poor coordination, poor working conditions, and OSHA violations, mean you are just one step away from getting hurt, and they won't care in the world about it. They will work you on light duty and keep you on your feet for 10+ hours straight with no break or lunch in sight, all because some team lead or supervisor before you just didn't care. This facility is the epitome of hell. If you value family, your peace of mind, and your overall health, the best advice would be to not waste your time with this place or company for that matter. They go through employees so fast they can't maintain decent working conditions because they can never keep enough people. Don't even get me started on the value of what's coming out of this facility—it will make you think twice when you're about to purchase anything manufactured here.
