Pros

competetive pay against other companies

Cons

The company in Winston Salem North Carolina is shady at best. Instead of laying people off (they don't want to offer unemployment) they find unjust cause to fire people in mass.

Pros

Merchandising at PBV has been a great job, and there is plenty of room for advancement. At my branch, if you obtain your CDL before other employees, you step around all of them when a driving position is offered, no matter how much longer they've been working than you.

Cons

You can be called in whenever they need you, no matter what your normal hours are. Other than that, I would highly recommend working for PBV.
