Pros

Pay check, benefits and they pay had mileage.

Cons

I could write a book but to make it short. Management doesn't care about the employees work life balance. They will expect you to work very long hours. There's not enough time in the day to get everything they want you to get done. And everyday you have to deal with with attitudes of the store managers and the receivers (AKA) Divas.... You get not help or support from management. Management will gaslight you and promise you things that won't happen. All together a pretty much overworked, miserable, stressful job.
