Great company if you are already dissatisfied with your life because it just gives you one more thing to complain about. Plenty of long, unappreciated hours to look forward to. You'll be making about 10-15 thousand a year less than the competition, but who needs a decent salary.

Cons

They say if you don't have anything good to say you shouldn't. All Pros.

Steady employment...you can get diabetes at a significant discount,then seek treatment after you pay your ridiculous deductible. Good support from fellow employees though!

Cons

No incentives for working harder,or staying with the company long term.no concept of seniority,no possibility of advancement,extremely dangerous conditions,too many forklift accidents,don't get hurt or you'll be at fault,light duty when available comes with a cut in pay,(how supportive is that?) plan on working most holidays,and pressured into more overtime than is already built into your schedule! High turnover rate,and extremely unresponsive management. Hot in the summer & cold in the winter! (Bring your own coat!) and don't make any plans to do anything other than WORK!
