      Pros

      Stable work for a single person without a family that lives closeby.

      Cons

      Constant changeing of rules pertaining to employees. Expect Human rights viloations and violation of FMLA regulations. If you are injured, you will suffer job changes and harassment. No respect for family values whatsoever. Local attorneys are on thier payroll

      Great place to gain experience.

      Cons

      company doesn't care about employees every position is a revolving door to them. Crazy hours required for salary and commission 60+. Company is in shambles and look to cut cost at every corner.

      They say they are a family oriented company, but then expect you to work 12-16 hours 5-7 days a week.

      The customers is about the only thing and even they don't like the company.

      Cons

      Everything........Pay, hours, treatment of anyone that works for the company that is not part of upper management, upper management will smile in your face and the second you walk out the door is making up stories about you. Its like being back in high school all over again. Mr. Crisp feels that as long as Marion HS is pumping out graduates that he will have a revolving door of new employees to pay minimum wage.
