      The benefits are FREE for the basic medical, premium dental/vision and life insurance. You can pay to upgrade the medical and add extra life insurance for cheap. Flexible time Great people, good culture, good corporate citizens

      Cons

      Always chasing the alighty dollar and padding the bottom line. No OJT, just thrown to the wolves with basic instruction.
