Pros

Great people, zero micro-management, always pushing for growth (certs, training, education, etc)

Cons

The team does feel a bit on the small side for the amount of work, but it is manageable.

Pros

I loved my coworkers and team leads. Benefits are good(kind of expensive), PTO and Vacation days start from day 1. Paid training. Pay was good for this position.

Cons

Training was rushed and I didn't feel prepared for my role. When asking for help, I got completely inaccurate answers. I solved the problem on my own and later resigned. As far as micromanaging, we were always being watched. Even if we made a certain face we would get counseled.
