Pros

Good benefits, higher pay than most call centers

Cons

I've been here 2 years and on my 4th supervisor. The process is always changing making more work for the agents but not more pay. The team leads harass you about Aux codes all day

Pros

Decent-ish pay, eventual work from home option IF you’re lucky. Paid training. Fairly easy work, if you are fast with computers and can handle angry clients.

Cons

Way too much corporate drama. Lots of pettiness. Supervisors are very hit or miss and if you get a bad one, be prepared to be ignored, berated, and asked uncomfortably personal questions. Definitely not understanding of employee emergencies. If you are expecting a child, DO NOT WORK HERE! HR is a total joke and make very accusatory statements towards you. Not to mention it’s apparently taboo to use HR’s open door policy. Be prepared to have your supervisors micromanaging every single interaction you have and question you mercilessly when you go above their heads. Ask one question, get multiple different answers and be punished if you take advice from the wrong supervisor. Super cliquey, can’t trust anybody. Again, drama, drama, drama.
