For the most part I loved working there. Management has your back most of the time, so long as you can justify your own actions.

Cons

Occasional favoritism, lots of restructuring.

there are no pros unless you are desperate

Cons

you can find a better job besides this place. the staff are unprofessional and with railroad you even if you have medical documentation. they dont care if you have a disability
