      Pros

      Plenty of growth opportunities, lots of good people

      Cons

      Some lack of communication from ELT, but they are working on that. Still a corporation, where bottom line is king.

      We agree that communication is key! We recently started sending out weekly updates to all employees via email and SMS. Also, we've had some great leadership updates as part of a new short video series, also posted on our YouTube account. We're always looking at ways to get better and faster, too.       GREAT Operation Teams. Poorly Stuctured Technology Teams

      Pros

      HR and the Talent Teams are amazing. Very welcoming. Operation teams are extreamly passionate about their work, employees and well being of their team dynamic.

      Cons

      Very disconnected IT stucture. Very poor communication company wide. Very Micro Managing. Still stuck in time on concepts and project stuctures.

We intend to give everyone that works at Percepta the best employee experience possible - this includes culture, work environment, and any tools needed to do the job.       Great local leadership and incredible Organizational Development Department that really care about the employees, the employee experience, and are constantly working to make a difference.

      Cons

      Please have ALL of Senior Leadership practice the Percepta Values every single day. That will really make a huge difference as change must come from the top.
