It's good if all you need is a job and a paycheck every two weeks. Good training. Have access to almost all Ford resources. Supportive management. Fun colleagues. Limited opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Angry Ford customers, limited advancement opportunities, shift bids every 6 months, biased work performance reviews, OK benefits.

Flexible working hours and good training for the position you accept. Upward mobility within the company is encouraged.

Cons

Ther has been some 24 hour positions opened and that may be a concern for many employees...right now it is on a bid for the position.
