      Managers are very understanding, motivate us to work effectively. They have clear plans for achieving our targeted goals. They communicate in clear, easy language. They are receptive to criticism and are open to ideas

      Cons

      They have extensive paperwork. I have worked at numerous American, Asian and European companies and it is fair to say, that these guys have the most extensive paperwork

      Micromanaging. Say their flexible but they are not at all. If your not part of the 'clique' then expect to be treated like you are nothing. Petty, passive aggressive control freak managers, who are rarely available, and when you do actually get to speak to them, will make you feel stupid and worthless. Attempts by upper management to get a more inclusive happier workplace but is all pretty shallow and meaningless.
