Pros

Consistent pay checks, ongoing training, Supervisors that are generally willing to assist and want to see you succeed. Lots of things going on for onsite employees

Cons

bonus pay is not existent. not great advancement opportunities. bare minimum on paid holidays. Onsite employees get more perks than those that work from home. The remote workers get NOTHING in terms of appreciation. This department has NO overtime.

A Good Place to Work

Pros

Being able to work from home is great. Since this is a hybrid position, I work in an office as well. It adds some cohesiveness to the position. The managers are fair and work with you.

Cons

The WFO program is difficult to work with at times. The training feels rushed, and you are left unprepared for new tasks.

You get your regular biweekly paycheck.

Cons

You can expect to stay in your job for light years if you are someone with an opinion or someone who tends to challenge your supervisors with unwelcomed questions. Horrible HR , horrible training. horrible trainers. Do your job and Stf-up mentality!
