Pros

Work from home is nice, and there's plenty of diversity.

Cons

As a whole, Percepta really pushes career development with the assumption that this will lead to a pay raise and promotion. ,But promotions rarely happen. It seems like a façade. The ISD work is so over-regulated. It takes the joy out of design work.

Pros

The pay is good. This should be 18 per hour but 16 per hour is still good.

Cons

The cases can be a handful. You pretty much have to figure out things on your own. They throw you on the phones...sooner than expected. But you catch on eventually. Just pay attention during training and you’ll be ready.

Pros

Work from home current option.

Cons

Continues to add on more work without compensation. Some supervisors micromanage the specialist and often times treat them like children. Need to provide more MOB time to allow time to actually manage the cases. Taking calls, creating cases and getting initial cases does not allow time to accurately manage the case. This causes aged cases.
