Pros

Work from home for some positions. Competitive pay. Holiday Pay / Overtime available. Useful career building training and skill refinement. Ability to think outside the box. No micro management. Ability to work directly with various product teams. Customer service agents that care about clients.

Cons

New Agent Only. Schedule for a new agent can be frustrating. Odd hours, split days or working every weekend/holiday. Open office floor plan was a negative change in my opinion.

Pros

Some team leaders are good. Able to work from home due to Covid. Decent pay if you're single and/or only has one child.

Cons

Health benefits are subpar. Typical atmosphere when working with a large number of women. Computer glitches all the time. Supervisors and managers are intimidated if you have more education than they do. Not fair and consistent across the board. Crabs in a bucket mentality.
