Positive and dedicated HR team who work collaboratively and professionally

Cons

Ops manage through fear and intimidation, examples have been given over many years but the bullying culture appears to be accepted No value or respect of HR Lack of understanding of a role of a HRBP internally Poor below market salary, which fits with the way HR are perceived

Pros

In the beginning, things were great. From entry level phone agent and up through the ranks of WFM. Plenty of challenging work, excellent colleagues, wonderful management, and genuine recognition.

Cons

Once a contract ended, unrelated to the company at large no less, cost recovery began. Admin roles began being outsourced to the Philippines to individuals who had no aptitude for the positions being granted. Mid level and department level managers were chastised, punished, and exited for bringing these concerns to the VP and executive level leadership, and from there the castle came crashing down.

Pros

Coworkers help each other out.

Cons

Company laid off 98 experienced employees without a severance package. Management says that they are offering opportunities and informational training but it’s not true, they are mass emailing Customer Service jobs that do not compare to the current rate of the employees that were laid off. The company (half owned by Ford Motor Company) has been very profitable, yet didn’t want to provide any severance to their employees, instead provided 90 days working notice. Mind you, by law they had to offer 60 days. If you are considering work here, do it so as a placeholder job, but know that if your project ever gets shut down (happens often) you will not have any severance packages.
