Pros

A learning opportunity for end-to-end project management and client interaction. Decent work space and amenities. A culture of openness. Emphasis on quality and timely product delivery

Cons

Being a small company, sometimes work-life balance may get affected, despite best efforts to manage the project deadlines. Limited work on advanced analytics.

Thank you for the feedback. I will try to avoid 'lecturing.' It is true that I spend time with my team with the intent to share experience and perspective with them so not only can they benefit but also to get them on board on key principles based on which we hope to provide world class deliverables to our clients. Pros

a) Awesome Learning culture – All the opportunities for imparting internal trainings and absorb a lot from them. A free hand to manage your work and your client to get the best results. b) Wonderful team, which supports c) Very professional management d) Policies – Good policies, which helps you to maintain your work life balance (But at same time, employee should be 100% true to the company) Apart from routine policies - few very impressive policies to support the well being of employees: - like company sponsored yoga sessions, Learning and development policy….. An employee really don’t have to bother for their breakfast and lunches and brunches as food is company sponsored. …… Etc. The most important point- that every minute management is trying to improve the working culture, conditions and opportunities for employees to grow. Every senior is very much open for the feedback and for correcting themselves and ensuring the well being of an employee. The company is involved in lots of social activities as well - Like we have planted more than 1000 plants this year, Directly contributing to Akshaya Patra for child education. All in all, a very good company to work…. Would suggest, all the people who are referring to this review – Please go through the Perceptive’s Facebook , Linkedin and twitter pages to know more about the company .

Cons

Can work upon the first 3 months of a new joinee so that he/she may adjust into the work culture better.
