Pros
a) Awesome Learning culture – All the opportunities for imparting internal trainings and absorb a lot from them. A free hand to manage your work and your client to get the best results.
b) Wonderful team, which supports
c) Very professional management
d) Policies – Good policies, which helps you to maintain your work life balance (But at same time, employee should be 100% true to the company)
Apart from routine policies - few very impressive policies to support the well being of employees: - like company sponsored yoga sessions, Learning and development policy…..
An employee really don’t have to bother for their breakfast and lunches and brunches as food is company sponsored. …… Etc.
The most important point- that every minute management is trying to improve the working culture, conditions and opportunities for employees to grow. Every senior is very much open for the feedback and for correcting themselves and ensuring the well being of an employee.
The company is involved in lots of social activities as well - Like we have planted more than 1000 plants this year, Directly contributing to Akshaya Patra for child education.
All in all, a very good company to work….
