Pros

I’ve been with Perceptive Analytics for over 5 years. From my experience, the work environment here is positive, collaborative, and strongly focused on continuous learning and professional development. I enjoy working here as I see a lot of opportunities for me to learn and grow with the supportive team and mentors. Chaitanya gave us the flexibility to take full ownership of the projects and handle them end to end. He intervenes whenever we need his help and guidance.

Cons

Is to take client calls in late evenings. Which is something we can manage as it is work from home.

Close to three years of working with Perceptive, and the experience has been great. You get the freedom to experiment, learn, and grow through hands-on ownership. There are ample opportunities to continuously upskill and take end-to-end responsibility for outcomes. A strong preference is given to learning something new every day, which keeps the work engaging and meaningful. I genuinely enjoy working here every day.
