Overtime is available, Sundays off. If experienced, decent pay.
Cons
If inexperienced, start at very low pay, no training program or testing to be able to move up in pay. In the middle of nowhere so no applicants, the ones that do apply have little to no experience. If you live out of town they won’t help with lodging in case of bad weather and will write you up if you miss with weather related excuse. Micro managing.
