Great pay but they don't care one bit about their employees

The pay is great and they give plenty of hours!

Cons

The management is trash at least night shift in most departments. The breaks are super short. They have a "clinic" onsite they expect you to use if something is wrong, but you have to see their nurses for 14 days before they will let you see a doctor. They will only give you some ibuprofen and music rub and tell you have a good one!
