We want to take just a second to address your feedback about compensation. Ensuring our pay remains competitive across all positions, particularly for our BDR team, is a constant focus for us. Pros

I feel well supported in every aspect of my role. Training is thorough, the benefits are great and the team I’m on is very collaborative and hardworking. The leadership team has a very transparent, genuine way of communicating and have done a great job celebrating what should be celebrated and critiquing what should be critiqued. Good benefits too!

Cons

Depending on your personality, fully remote work environments may not be right for you.

Hello! Thanks for your thoughtful review and positive feedback. We're delighted to hear that you feel well-supported in your role. Creating a collaborative, transparent work environment is exactly what we strive for. We appreciate your suggestion about organizing regional meet-ups for remote team members. It's a fantastic idea that aligns with our values of strengthening team connections while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. We're actively exploring ways to implement more opportunities for in-person collaboration for team members who live near each other. Thank you for being part of our team and for your contributions to PerfectServe's collaborative culture!

Hi there, Thanks for taking time to share your experience and for your nearly four years of service with PerfectServe. We value the contributions you made during your time here and appreciate the positive aspects you highlighted, including our commitment to work-life balance and the quality of our team members. We'd like to address a few points to provide additional context for current and prospective employees reading this review: At PerfectServe, we are deeply committed to employee development and growth. We invest in our team members through various resources, including professional certifications and training programs. Our goal is always to help our employees succeed and advance in their careers. However, certain roles within our organization do require specific technical certifications and skill sets to meet the evolving needs of our business and clients. In the world of health IT (and tech in general), that's just a fact of life. Regarding organizational changes, we want to clarify that all staffing decisions are made thoughtfully and strategically, never randomly. Like many technology companies, we regularly evaluate our structure to ensure we have the right roles and skills aligned with our business objectives. These decisions are never taken lightly, and we aim to communicate changes as transparently and fairly as possible. We also take compensation seriously and regularly benchmark our pay scales against industry standards to make sure we remain competitive in the market. Our compensation strategy includes both market alignment and performance-based considerations to recognize and reward employee contributions. It's important to note that our HR processes are designed to be transparent and compliant with all legal requirements. We maintain accurate records of all employment transitions, and any suggestion that we mischaracterized your departure as voluntary rather than a company decision would be inconsistent with our policies and practices. We'd also like to clarify that, based on the title you shared in your review, the position created after your departure—Junior Salesforce Administrator—represents a different role with a distinct set of responsibilities and requirements, rather than a direct replacement of your previous position. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and appreciate the positive relationships you built during your time with us.
