Training is horrible, pay doesn't not equal the amount of work or stress.

Hi there, Thanks for the review and for the time you spent with us. We understand that everybody's experience is different, but we do want to take a moment to highlight our approach to training. We have several folks who coach all new hires up on product training, and we've also got dedicated trainers who spend 7 weeks with customer support specialists before they're officially "on the job." We take training so seriously because we recognize that what we do can be a little complicated, and this is not your run-of-the-mill customer service job. Our support specialists are often fielding calls from doctors and other clinicians who have questions and need some assistance to keep moving along with their patient care duties, so the stakes are a bit higher. But our customers have come to love and expect this kind of responsive service, so it's always going to be a core part of our business model. Again, thanks for the review. We understand this wasn't a perfect fit, but we wish you the best of luck in the future!

Great place to work!

Pros

Remote first culture, great people, great training, and flexible work-life balance. The people are amazing and supportive. Everyone is always willing to help out others. No toxicity whatsoever, and I don't get the Sunday scaries here ever.

Cons

A bit busy at times and more compensation is always nice but there's really nothing I can point out as a negative.

Supportive Culture that will set you up for success

Pros

as with any other job, there could be overwhelming information but what made the difference was the level of support that I received. My suppervisor and my team are always available to guide me, and keep communications open through chat Leadership team is incredible. Kristen is the most caring manager I have ever had. And I work with the best people at People Operations. Everyone is approachable, empathetic and genuinely investing in hellping you succeed

Cons

I believe there could be more opportunities for growth and cross-training across different departments, rather than staying in the same role long-term. Some hiring managers can be quite demanding and may lean toward micromanagement at times.
